By booking any lesson with Mahjong Kim, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment & Booking
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event and lesson reservation.
All payments are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Once booked events & lessons cannot be canceled or refunded.
Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and at the discretion of Mahjong Kim.
3. Attendance & Participation
Events and lessons are booked for a specified date, time, and number of participants.
No refunds or credits will be issued for participants who do not attend.
4. Event & Rental Specifics
Events and rentals are booked for a specified date, time, and number of participants.
Any requests for changes (such as additional guests or extended time) must be made in advance and may incur additional fees.
5. Lesson Specifics
Lessons will be conducted as described at the time of booking.
Any additional instruction outside of the booked session must be arranged separately and may incur additional charges.
6. Equipment, Materials & Venue
All rental items (mahjong tiles, racks, NMJL cards, tables, chairs, decorations, and other provided materials) remain the property of Mahjong Kim.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were provided. Any damage, loss, or missing items may result in additional charges.
All materials provided during lessons (e.g., mahjong tiles, racks, NMJL cards) remain the property of Mahjong Kim, unless otherwise specified.
NMJL cards are available for purchase separately for both events/rentals and lessons.
7. Liability & Conduct
Mahjong Kim is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the event, rental period, or lesson.
For events and rentals, the client assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all participants and guests.
For lessons, participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to the rules of the game.
8. Photography & Media
By booking or participating in an event, rental, or lesson, you agree that photos or videos taken during the session may be used by Mahjong Kim for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
9. Force Majeure
Mahjong Kim is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, illness, or other emergencies.
By booking any service with Mahjong Kim you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
